The Simplest Biz Review

John Middleman

John Charles Wilker has an unusual business opportunity. Pallet flipping. It’s something he’s been doing for 21 years now.

He can work a few hours in the morning, make good money, and then hit the golf course. Do a little painting and maybe make some music in the afternoon.

Pursue passions. Spend time with his loved ones. Happy wife, happy life, he jokes.

Can you trust him? What do you need to know about flipping pallets for profit?

Read on for my review of The Simplest Biz.

How does pallet flipping work?

“I call this The Simplest Biz,” John says, “and I also call it Middle Man Moneymaker.”

“I am a middleman,” he continues.

“There are hundreds and hundreds of businesses that generate hundreds and hundreds of pallets (and crates and drums and boxes) per day,” he explains.

“And they have all this product laying around that they do not know what to do with.”

“And that’s where I come in. Because I’m a solution to their problem.”

So there’s no shortage of supply when it comes to pallets and shipping materials.

Get this: 95% of everything John flips, he gets for free. Sometimes he even gets paid to take it.

His only real overhead is his pickup truck and flatbed trailer. Which, you can rent both if you need to.

But all you do is load up the pallets and drive them to your buyer.

In theory, you could knock out several loads in just a coupla hours.

And you can pull in a ton of cash doing it.

You can duplicate this business in your own city or put people in place to do it another city.

“And I can teach you how to do it,” John says, “and that’s what The Simplest Biz training program is all about.”

“This is an extensive course with five modules and it goes over everything.”

“I went out in the field for over four months and videotaped everything that I do, all the people I talk to.”

You’ll learn how to set up these deals exclusively, the places you need to go to, even down to the building structures you’re looking for that have these supplies, and who are the buyers.

It’s basically a business in a box, John says.

He wanted to keep the program as straightforward and authentic as possible, which is why he filmed the majority of the content out in the field.

John sees no reason you couldn’t make money on day one of doing this.

John has quite a few student testimonials.

“Landed a couple of great deals today,” wrote this one guy in The Simplest Biz Facebook Group.

“Got a firm commitment on a brokered deal and I also got a $750 purchase order on some refurbished pallets,” he added.

Another member said they found two pallet suppliers on their first day out.

Someone else was apparently able to pair a buyer and seller right down the road from one another – 200 pallets per week.

The Simplest Biz course costs $2,797.

It seems like a good model for anyone who’d rather be out and about rather than chained to their computer all day.

It’s under the radar.

Taught by a credible, likable guy who’s about as polar opposite to your typical guru as it gets.

If you’re in a decent-sized city and you have a truck and trailer and some free time in the mornings, it might be worth looking into.
