Colton Lindsay has an agent attraction system that makes him 6-figures a month even if he doesn’t work.
Colton got into real estate in 2005, failed miserably, sold two homes a year.
Hired a coach, started selling 20 homes a year, then a couple years later, more than 75 a year.
Quite the improvement, but still, active income. So when he took three weeks off to go watch the World Cup, his pipeline became drier than the fiery pits of Hell.
His checks shrunk the following months, teaching him an important lesson: he needed leverage.
So he built a team. But he built it too big, too fast, before he could support them.
Over the next few years, Colton would whittle it down to just a handful of key players. They now run the day-to-day and Colton earns about $250k a year working just 20 minutes a week in his real estate sales business.
Next, he launched a real estate training academy. A one-to-many model focused on agent attraction.
By far the most lucrative tier of Colton’s system, this coaching program makes him north of $2 million a year.
Colton’s third income stream is his partnership with Real Brokerage, which is sorta like an MLM for real estate agents.
He’s got 1,500 people in his “network” (you mean downline?) across North America. On a bad month, this makes him $60,000. On a good month, it’s closer to $100,000 – and growing.
Colton reinvests his profits into assisted living facilities, multifamily properties, gold and silver, private equity deals, bitcoin, energy stocks – you name it, dude can claim it.
All that said, here’s what Colton can help you achieve:
- More cash flow
- More consistency
- More certainty in your business
- More peace and boundaries in terms of working versus not working
- The ability to attract real estate professionals that are ready to work and get results
Step 1 is figuring out, who even is your ideal target agent?
Hint: it’s probably not newbies. Colton made that mistake early on.
Once he realized he could go after agents already winning… and help them win more? Business exploded.
Step 2 is to attract those dream agents.
Ideally, you’re making over $300k a year at this point. Right? Because you need some street cred, some influence, or they’ll just go elsewhere.
But say you get a few top producers that carry you to $500k. Then what?
Step 3 is branching out.
So you create a course and join one of those brokerage firms everyone thinks is a pyramid scheme, Colton says.
Step 4 is to continually add value to team members, students and partners.
Ask for feedback, learn, listen, adjust, improve.

What are people saying about Colton?
Kaleb left him a 5-star Yelp review, writing, “Colton cold called me and sold my house for 30% more than I was as a FSBO.”
“Colton is my go-to realtor,” he continued. “He is honest and teaches us to make smarter real estate moves inside the local and international real estate market.”
Kaleb finished by saying Colton’s guidance and acumen helped him to create passive and residual income for his family.
The only negative review I found was a 1-star left by a gal named Tia, who was capital-M Mad about Colton’s company spamming her with unsolicited calls.
“Stop cold calling people!” she vented. “I’m on the National Do Not Call Registry. Seriously, just stop calling!”
