Bryson Blocker made $3 million in just six months, at 20 years old. But let’s go back to the beginning.
Bryson grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. Rough neighborhood. Dad was in jail. Mom was always hustling, trying to pay the bills. So a lot of the time, it was just Bryson and his Xbox.
Luckily, he makes it through school without getting into too much trouble.
Meets this chick, Inayah. Right away, they clicked, bonded over personal development, started dating.
“Having a partner that understands the importance of reading books, of being a good person, of religion, of studying and actually working for what they want,” Bryson says, “is 100% the key to success in my opinion.”
“Because a lot of guys, what they’ll do is, they’ll be 100% grinding and their partner won’t be for that. Which is gonna hold them back a majority of the time,” he continues.
“When I married Inayah at 20 years old, people asked why. They didn’t get it. It’s because I found the one. She’s gonna help me hit my goals.”
“You attract who you are. So before I even qualified for a great woman, I had to become a great man. I had to raise my base standard. That’s what opened up my opportunities to even meet and receive a woman of a nice caliber because if I had stayed doing the things my friends were doing, she wouldn’t have liked me.”
“I do believe that you meet everyone for a reason, for a purpose. A good man isn’t even gonna have the eyes for a troubled woman. And vice versa. It just wouldn’t last, right?”
So that was the beginning of Bryson and Inayah, this young power couple you see all over social.
But how’d they get into the Airbnb game?
Well, one day, Bryson’s scrolling through Instagram, and this influencer he follows – who, by the way, had a Rolls Royce and a Lambo – was all, “Yo, I got two tickets left for my mastermind in Miami. Who wants ’em?” They did.
So they hopped on a plane, flew to Miami, started learning about the digital marketing space. Specifically, how to master a skill, turn it into a course, and teach other people how to do it.
Hmm. Which skill should they master? Bryson tried trading options. Lost $100 Gs. He took a stab at dropshipping. Broke even. Inayah was babysitting, doing the cosmetology thing.
“But then I found Airbnb,” Bryson recalls. “Found success in that. Got our first Airbnb in May of 2021. Two bed, two bath. Little apartment in downtown St. Louis. Cost about $8,000 to start up. Went on to make us over $50,000 in the first year. That’s a lot of profit for someone who’s not even 20 years old at the time.”
Cool, got a W. Now for the course, right? Just like Mr. Miami had taught ’em.
They originally launched The Airbnb Breakdown Academy at $50. No marketing behind it. Got a few sales here and there.
Little by little though, the more Bryson and Inayah made with Airbnb, the more they inched up the price of the course. Once they hit $60k a month on Airbnb, it was like someone shook a bottle of bubbly and popped the cork. Their coaching program absolutely exploded.
“The $60k in a month was cool,” Bryson admits, “but I knew, me marketing how I made so much at 20 years old, would make me way more money… teaching other people how to do it.”
“Keep in mind, with Airbnb, you still have expenses. So $60k in a month isn’t $60k in profit,” he points out.
“But when you have a digital product, you make it once and sell it forever. So at a certain point, everything’s profit.”
Pretty crazy considering Bryson and Inayah did $3 million in Airbnb Breakdown sales in the last six months, huh?
Now she’s got a G-Wagon and he’s got his own double R – with stars in the roof.
