“Ya know, it’s been said that an orbital rocket uses half its fuel just to get the first few hundred feet off the ground,” Bradley adds, “and I believe that.”

“Building a team is just like it,” he laughs.

“The early days are hard. It’s all about lift, and a lot of teams blow up on the runway because they don’t have a proven plan about how to get it done.”
