Sounds too good to be true, right?
For most coaches, consultants and online service providers… it is. But that’s ’cause they focus on the wrong things.

You need to look at your business as a whole. It’s got multiple elements and moving pieces, right?
But the good news is, it’s not hard to get past $10k per month. You can do so without a big brand or paying for lots of ads or DMing strangers all day.
Key number one, Max says, is creating a premium test offer. Something prospects would feel stupid saying no to.
Priced anywhere from $2,000 to $20,000 or more.
And easy to fulfill on – that way it’s scalable.
Oh, and you have to deliver great results.
Key number two, then, is to test your offer.
Find out where your audience hangs out online. Filter out the people who can actually afford you. Create a profile that speaks only to them. Start posting content and outreaching.
Strike up conversations, figure out their source of pain, introduce your offer as the remedy.
By doing this, you’ll be building a small but super high-quality pipeline over time.
Yes, it’s gonna take some work, but it’s a heckuva lot better than throwing $10 grand out the window on YouTube ads, right?
Finally, key three, is to use the Flywheel Feedback Loop.
With each DM and sales call and coaching client who signs up, you’ll use the feedback you’re getting to improve your profile and posts and actual program going forward.
This’ll lead to more followers, more people reaching out to you, higher conversions, happier clients, and more testimonials.
