Greg Mercer is the founder and CEO of Jungle Scout, a popular Amazon seller software and product research tool.
More recently, he’s been running ads to promote his Freedom Builder Bootcamp course.
What’s he saying about it? How much does it cost? Should you invest?
Read every word of this Greg Mercer review. I’ll answer all that and more.
“Entrepreneurship is the most incredible thing,” Greg begins. “But it’s hard and it can be lonely.”
“If you push through, however, it can be the most rewarding thing on this entire planet,” Greg continues.
“But if I was in your shoes, I’d still be pretty skeptical right now. I’d be thinking, ‘Is this too good to be true? Are you sure that I can create a successful business?’ You can.”
“This time, it’s gonna be different. This time, you will succeed,” he promises.
“Whether you’re a complete beginner and you’re just getting started or you’ve sold some stuff online in the past, I promise what I’m about to share is gonna help you.”
In the last five years, Greg’s built two different 8-figure businesses. He’s launched over 100 products on Amazon, producing millions of dollars in sales.
And he’s done it all while traveling the world with his wife.
He loves his life, he’s extremely happy, and he wants that for you as well.
And Amazon FBA is the vehicle that’s gonna get you there.
Greg believes anyone can use a tool like Jungle Scout, pick a winning product based on data, private label it, and sell it using Fulfillment by Amazon, or FBA for short.
“My first secret is to use Jungle Scout,” Greg says, shamelessly plugging his own software.
“It’ll show me which products are in high demand, with low competition, and have good margins on Amazon.”
“The biggest mistake I see people making on Amazon is they try to sell what they think will sell well. Or what their friend told them they looked for on Amazon but couldn’t find,” he explains.
“And this is a very very reckless way to go about choosing products to sell on Amazon.”
“Instead, use the data-driven approach.”
“My second secret,” Greg says, “is to ethically steal my competitors’ suppliers.”
“It’s important to find a factory that can make the goods to a high level of quality.”
“Pull up any top-selling product on Amazon, grab what’s called the ASIN outta the URL, and use it to do an ASIN search inside Jungle Scout.”
“It’ll show you the supplier, the business entity they operate under, how often then send current sellers more inventory, and more.”
“Pretty powerful, huh?”
“Now you can contact that same supplier and get a similar product made.”
“But none of this would matter if you list it for sale on Amazon and you’re buried on page 50 when someone searches for it, right?”
“So my third secret is how to rank your product and get it on the first page on Amazon. This is where the customers are, this is where they’re buying from,” Greg says.
“So I like to use Keyword Scout (inside of JungleScout) to find exact match keywords that have at least 5,000 searches per month or trending products that are just starting to take off so that you’re one of the first ones to sell that product on Amazon.”
Want Greg to fill in the gaps?
His Freedom Builder Bootcamp course costs $999.
Comes with live weekly video coaching sessions, a full year of Jungle Scout, VIP customer support, and five exclusive bonuses.
I think Greg has a unique vantage point being able to see everything that goes down behind the scenes of Jungle Scout.
What Amazon FBA guru would be better qualified to teach on this stuff than him? No one comes to mind.
But compared to what we do? I still can’t stand the business model.
Too expensive, too slow, too competitive. And you’re at the mercy of Amazon.
