Khang Le, or King Khang as he’s known online, was born in Vietnam and moved to the U.S. at the age of nine. At 17, he dropped out of high school. After a decade of serious struggle, at 27, he began investing in real estate. By 32, he was a millionaire.

And third, he’ll pay his assistants to drive for dollars so he doesn’t have to.
Okay, what about negotiating? How’s he tackle that?
Khang’s got a proven script he uses to quickly filter and qualify potential sellers. Then he only spends his time on those who’re highly motivated, right? And to those folks, he’s got three killer questions he asks ’em that almost guilt ’em into coming down more than they’d like on their price.
And if that turns into a deal you wanna do, Khang’s got his go-to closing line to wrap it up, on the phone, right then and there.

Don’t puke in your mouth, but one way is he actually still uses Craigslist. List the property on there, and you’d be surprised. You might get some calls.
From there, Khang likes Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, whatever you’re on.
You can also just Google “buy houses for cash.” And then network with realtors and other wholesalers.
