Land Hacker Review

@kaijandrew

Kai Andrew is a YouTuber with a slight obsession for short-term rentals and building unique, container-style homes.

By 27, he had hacked enough land and property to quit his day job and pursue real estate full time.

His Land Hacker program will teach you how to do the same. You’ll learn how to find specific properties that can turn into multiple streams of income, be it equity creation, leasing out parts of the land, harvesting timber, or renting out sites for events and vacations.

Piggyback off Kai’s 10+ years of experience as an Airbnb Superhost, land hacker, and unique rental builder.

But you’ll need to be patient and work hard. It can take months, even years to do your first deal and make it profitable.

It’ll be worth it though.

The demand for travel is surging now that we’re no longer forced to stay inside binge-watching Tiger King, wolfing down snacks, and oversharing memes. And the supply of what Kai calls destination rentals can’t keep up. Herein lies the opportunity.

“The market is flooded with average to poor listings,” he explains. “That’s why short-term rentals is one of the quickest-growing industries for entrepreneurs around the world, as there is a very high demand for great stays that focus on different and higher quality standards compared to the basic hotel or even a basic Airbnb.”

“People are starving for unique and well-designed space across the globe,” he continues.

“So if you want to get into hacking property and Airbnb, you can take a slice of this multi-trillion dollar industry.”

Land Hacker includes Kai’s Six-Figure Host Course.

Throughout eight weeks, you’ll create a five-point action plan to search for the right property, acquire it, and build multiple income streams that moves you closer to leaving your 9 to 5.

There’s 100+ training videos totaling more than 25 hours of insights, cheat sheets, coaching calls, community, live seminars, can’t-miss guests, downloadable resources, a big ol’ library vault, and more.

You’ll get lifetime access and all future updates.

So what’s it cost?

Ideally, Kai wants you to have at least $30k before you sign up.

That might be in addition to what he’s charging for this program.

If you don’t have that, you could still consider joining, getting yourself educated, and then find investors once you’re ready to hack or build or buy, right?

You don’t need any prior experience as long as you have a growth mindset.

Eventually, you’ll have to hire cleaners, a good handyman, and a reputable property manager. This’ll allow you to run the whole operation remotely.

And Kai knows what you’re thinking. You’re too late, right? Airbnbs, VRBOs, short-term rentals – they’re all saturated.

You’re not wrong, he admits.

Some places, such as city centers, are super crowded already.

But, as is the case with any competitive industry, most operators are average at best. There’s always room for serious entrepreneurs who wanna go above and beyond and create an amazing experience for their guests.

If you place long-term vision over short-term success, Kai’s confident you can win with his system.

Now for the million dollar question: How much can you really make as a Land Hacker?

The right place in the right location, monetized the right way should make you a minimum of $1,000 a month. If you hit it outta the park, you could do as much as $20,000 a month.

The average, based on what Kai’s seen both in his own portfolio and from the hundreds of little Land Hackers he’s now trained, is about $5k a month.

Considering I make a website in a day that goes on to earn that much, I’ll stick to digital real estate.
