Chris Bruce, aka the Internet Landlord or the Detroit Mogul, believes there’s two days in your entrepreneurial journey. The day you start and the day you go all in.
“The reason why I’m called the Internet Landlord,” he explains, “is because I’ve figured out how to take social media and the internet, the whole world wide web, and create cash flow from it. A lot of people talk about being a landlord and making money from rental properties, right?”
“And that’s cool and all,” Chris continues. “I have rental properties as well. But. I make way more money from the internet selling digital products as well as coaching and mentoring other people.”
“In fact, that’s the reason I received a Two Comma Club award from ClickFunnels, for making $1 million, and that was just from one of my products and I did it in less than eight months.”
“And that’s also how I was able to get my dream car, a Rolls-Royce Wraith as well. So how do you do it, right? How can you have some of that same success? How can you go out there and sell your own digital product or get your own coaching or mentoring program launched or get your services or your software out to the public?”
“Well, instead of actually selling you a course on how to sell a course, because that’s what everybody’s doing, I wanna actually mentor you, right? I want you to come on, and we will work with you, my team and I, to help you build out some of the different assets you’ll need.”
So things like sales funnels, emails, ads – so you can hit the ground running.
“If you already have a course or a mastermind or even just a concept for one,” Chris explains, “we can show you how to take that and scale it up. Whether that’s through IG organically or using paid ads, where you’re able to get your ideal customer or client coming to you, begging you to work with you and pay you money.”
