“And I’m tellin’ ya right now,” Mario continues, “mobile home parks have done exactly that for me. I have acquired over $50 million in mobile home parks; and I started out just flipping single family homes.”

“The crazy part is, I’ve never collected rent directly from a tenant myself. You heard that right. I’ve been able to put systems and people in place to where I can leverage my effort and so I don’t have to be an expert at dealing with tenants and being onsite and doing property management every day,” he clarifies.

Mario raises money: finds investors who’re looking for great returns, partners with ’em, never comes outta pocket for any of these MHP acquisitions.
