Sean Rakidzich looks like he just got back from the Body Shop, doing something unholy (oh-ee-oh-ee-oh), and then stepped on stage and started talking Airbnb.
“Inside my Cracking Superhost course,” he says, “I teach people what they need to know.”
“And if they end up in a unique situation, I mentor them through their unique situations. Every Saturday, for two hours, I’m sitting at my computer, and I’m talking to people who’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars on this education product,” he says.
On those calls, you can talk, you can ask Sean questions in real time. Nothing’s off limits. Regulations, hiring housekeepers, negotiating tactics, understanding leases, staging properties, taking and editing professional-looking photos, managing reviews, you name it.
And of course, the curriculum (delivered via neatly organized, step-by-step videos) goes over all this and more in excruciating detail.
“The reason I made this program is because somebody asked me to,” Sean says. “And then another person did. And then another person.”
“I actually started making this two years ago,” he adds, “but I didn’t release it until just this year. Why? Because I wanted it to be irrefutably the best product on the market. And so it took me a long time to make this thing. But there’s not a single person in the Airbnb space that can hold a candle to this.”
“This is not just a newbie course. Yes, it has all the newbie stuff, but it’s got the advanced stuff that’ll feed you for life.”
“I also database all my past coaching calls. So you can watch all of them from the past year or so.”
“If you wanna be a part of my tight little tribe of people, where we talk all the time, this is for you. If you wanna be part of the fast lane group, if you have a goal to make millions, this is for you.”
“But again, there’s not a single other course in the industry that has half the content of what I just walked you through. There’s not a single other coach who’s as dedicated to his students – to do two hours every Saturday, live, without fail – like, nobody’s putting that kind of time in.”
“There’s so many gurus, but they always let their members down,” Sean warns.
What I like about Sean is he wants to make sure he’s always making more from running his Airbnb business than selling how-to programs. Who knows if that’s actually the case, but if so, it’s both noble and rare in this space.
And I will say, you can’t listen to this guy on YouTube and go, yeah, I dunno, I think he might be full of it. Like, without question, the man knows what he’s talking about.
And he seems like he actually cares about his students. When someone invests their hard-earned money to learn from him, he takes that responsibility very seriously.
And the way Sean sees it, if you follow his advice, one of two things is gonna happen. You’ll either get juicy reservations, where you get the money you want, for short-term, two-day, three-day, four-day long stays; or, worst case, you lower your rates and get monthly stays.
Right? Because the Airbnb machine doesn’t just serve tourists.
There’s also the medium-term crowd. Relocating students, for example. Traveling medical professionals. People who had fire damage, water damage, storm damage. So the insurance company’s putting ’em up somewhere while their crib gets fixed.
“There is no what if I can’t get guests. It’s which guests am I gonna get?” Sean clarifies.
“And that’s why I teach you to do market research. Yes, there’s competition, but my students are at the top of the bracket. Every city they’re in, they’re in the top 10% of hosts.”
“The other hosts? They don’t know how to take photos or do dynamic pricing. Your competition doesn’t do the basics.”
I have zero desire to jump on the Airbnb bandwagon, but if I did, I’d wanna be mentored by this guy.
Cost for Cracking Superhost is $5k. Good stuff.
