Zach Calhoon launched a 360° virtual tour software called CloudPano about five years ago.
He walked into a real estate office. There were about 30 people in the room. He had no working product, but wanted to validate the technology – a 360° virtual tour app – to prove it was valuable.
So he gave a quick presentation, handed out a piece of paper that said “I want a 360°” at the top.
That’s all it said.
And then it listed the price and asked ’em to put down their name and email and hand it back.
Zach did this three times, in three different offices, and ended up with a few dozen people who had said they were interested.
So then he had to run around Houston creating 360° virtual tours for those clients. Most of whom were realtors.
Fast forward to today.
- Zach’s CloudPano software has 23,000+ private label users who’ve created more than 100,000 virtual tours on the platform.
- University of Alabama has used it.
- Members have sold projects for $10,000, $14,000, even $40,000.
- And it’s simple: go to location, put a special camera in the center of a room, press one button, and it captures a 360° photo of that space.
“So it’s a fully immersive photo so that people can see the entire ins and outs of the location, the property, the vehicle, the event space, whatever it is,” Zach explains.
“And you can make it interactive,” he continues. “So you can add hot spots, information spots, embed content.”
“And because it’s a service and you can do it pretty easily, it’s quick to launch, fast to learn, and it’s a lot of fun because there’s really no cap to how much money you can make in certain niches.”
“Commercial work, real estate, the event space, automotive, et cetera.”
“So if you are looking for a new type of technology that is really cool to learn, super easy to set up and create, but still has high enterprise value for your customers and for your clients?” Zach says.
“Then I highly recommend you check out Virtual Tour Profit.”
“There’s a webinar you can attend that’ll kind of walk you through everything you need to know to start a wildly profitable virtual tour business, and have high ticket clients coming to you, without buying an expensive camera system or hard selling or any of that,” Zach pitches.
- Get step-by-step frameworks of how to presell with no experience.
- Plus free demos to go pitch with.
- It’s like a business in a box.
- Receive a coupon code for CloudPano Pro if you decide to move forward.
- And there’s other bonuses to help you scale up.
Again, Cloud Pano is a 360° virtual tour software.
You can private label it.
You can add all kinds of cool functions and features and live video chat.
You can sell this service for thousands of dollars.
Or, for certain niches, you can sell monthly subscriptions.
“So if you like passive, recurring revenue, this is a great business model for you to implement those strategies,” Zach teases.
“If you have any interest at all in starting a local service technology company, utilizing 360° virtual tours and VR technology, if you’re into that kind of stuff, I think you’d love Virtual Tour Profit,” he ends with.
Cost is $50 per month. Or $400 per year. Or $1,000 for lifetime access.
Hmm.
If this gig is such a gold mine, why does Zach need you? Why not get 1,000 businesses on rebill and kick back?
Maybe because it’s a hard sell.
