Daniel Apke is the founder of Land Investing Online, where he teaches students how to flip vacant land for crazy profits.

Daniel doesn’t say how much the main coaching program costs, but recommends you have at least $3k to $10k to launch. Not sure if that’s in addition to your tuition or if that includes it.
